Bangkok, Thailand – The 72nd Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair officially opened yesterday, presided over by Mr. Vuttikrai Leewiraphan, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce. Organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) in collaboration with the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (GIT), the event runs from 9–13 September 2025 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok.
Renowned as one of the world’s most prestigious trade shows, the Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair 2025 brings together over 1,100 companies and 2,600 booths from Thailand and across the globe. The exhibition spans all eight halls of the G and LG floors, including the LG foyer, showcasing the full spectrum of the gem and jewelry industry — from gold and silver jewelry, diamonds, colored gemstones, and pearls to packaging, tools, and software solutions for production and distribution.
Beyond the dazzling displays, the fair also features special exhibitions and knowledge-sharing seminars, providing industry professionals with insights into the latest trends and innovations. With an expected 40,000 visitors and projected trade value of USD 100 million, the event highlights Thailand’s role as a global hub for gems and jewelry.
Adding to the excitement, the Networking Reception brought together exhibitors and distinguished guests from around the world in a warm and vibrant atmosphere. The evening fostered meaningful business connections and collaborations, further enhancing the fair’s reputation as not just a showcase, but also a platform for opportunity.
