Thailand is getting ready to surprise international travelers with a new incentive that makes exploring the country even more exciting. The Ministry of Tourism and Sports has announced plans for a campaign that will provide 200,000 free domestic round-trip flight tickets to foreign visitors arriving in the Kingdom.
If approved by the cabinet, this limited-time initiative will run from September to November 2025—just in time for Thailand’s peak travel season—and is expected to generate more than 8.8 billion baht in tourism revenue.
How It Works
Travelers flying into Thailand on international routes will be able to claim a complimentary domestic flight, encouraging them to go beyond the usual hotspots and discover hidden gems across the country. The ticket will include 20 kilograms of baggage allowance, making it easy to pack for both city stays and island escapes.
