CAM RANH, Vietnam – Yury Papouski, a dynamic recreation and wellness professional with experience overseeing sport, recreation, wellness, and edutainment programs in Vietnam’s hospitality sector, has been appointed recreation manager at Alma Resort Cam Ranh.
The Belarusian national joins the award-winning 30-hectare beachfront resort after working as the resort experience manager and wellness ambassador at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, where he oversaw a portfolio of recreational, wellness and family-oriented facilities. His achievements included revenue growth and implementing signature guest programs.
Previously, Yury was the project manager for Edutainment Events Co. in Hanoi, Danang and Nha Trang, where his responsibilities included designing edutainment events for children and crafting marketing strategies. He was also an entertainment supervisor at Swandor Hotels & Resorts in Cam Ranh, where he helped design and execute sports and entertainment programs and managed event operations.
Yury studied an Economist of Marketing degree from Belarus State Economic University.
In his new role with Alma, Yury oversees the resort’s comprehensive sports and recreation portfolio, including all recreational and entertainment facilities, wellness-focused initiatives, children’s programs and signature experiences. He aims to further boost guest engagement, diversify recreational offerings and support operational excellence across the resort’s leisure services.
