Bombay2Beirut Continues Its Navratri Tradition with Kanjak Free Thali Seva

Bangkok, Thailand — Continuing its heartfelt tradition of celebrating the spirit of Navratri, Bombay2Beirut is currently hosting the Kanjak Free Thali Seva for the second consecutive year.

The seva began on September 22 and has already welcomed many young girls (kanjak) with a lovingly prepared thali meal, served with devotion, gratitude, and cultural reverence. Last year, the initiative touched hearts when the restaurant hosted over 150 kanjak, and the overwhelming blessings inspired the team to carry forward this tradition on an even larger scale.

Families are invited to join the seva, which runs daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. until September 30. With the blessings of Maa Durga, the aim is to serve even more young girls than before, spreading happiness and reinforcing community spirit through this humble initiative.

“Navratri is about devotion, gratitude, and giving back,” shared the Bombay2Beirut team. “Through this seva, we wish to celebrate not just food, but also the deeper cultural traditions that unite us.”

The Kanjak Free Thali Seva reaffirms Bombay2Beirut’s commitment to celebrating culture while creating meaningful experiences that go beyond the dining table.
