The large-scale event was meticulously managed by Booking Window DMC Thailand, a top Destination Management Company known for handling international corporate gatherings across Thailand, Bali, Dubai, Vietnam, and India. Hemtrip, a leading tour operator, collaborated to ensure smooth logistics, from accommodation to transportation.

Beyond the record attempts, organizers estimate the event generated more than 150 million baht (around $4.5 million USD) for the local economy. Hotels, restaurants, and local service providers in Pattaya benefited from the influx of international visitors, reinforcing the region’s reputation as a vibrant hub for tourism and business travel.

The Koh Larn celebration underscores the growing ties between India and Thailand and highlights Thailand’s capacity to host large-scale international events. It also positions Pattaya as a top destination for high-profile corporate gatherings and incentive travel, attracting global groups in a post-pandemic tourism recovery.
