New Delhi, India – The Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi opened its doors to young learners this week as the Thai Experience Centre (TEC) warmly welcomed students from Modern Public School on 18 November 2025. The group was received by Ms. Kanokporn Kunnawattana, Minister Counsellor, who led the day’s educational and cultural activities.

During the visit, students enjoyed an engaging presentation about Thailand, offering insights into the country’s heritage, traditions, and modern identity. The Embassy also delivered a special lecture focused on the royal duties and initiatives of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, spotlighting her lifelong contributions to the conservation of Thai arts and culture. Particular emphasis was placed on her support for the SUPPORT Foundation, an organization dedicated to preserving traditional craftsmanship and uplifting local artisans.

The cultural immersion continued with a hands-on experience as students sampled authentic Thai cuisine and learned to make Thai herbal inhalers. Each student received their handcrafted inhaler as a thoughtful souvenir from the TEC.
