Bangkok, Thailand – What if you could experience India’s most vibrant festival right in the heart of Bangkok? The Amazing Thailand Grand Diwali Festival 2025 makes that possible—transforming the city into a spectacular fusion of light, music, and culture for one unforgettable celebration.
Organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand in collaboration with Thai and Indian cultural partners, the festival is one of the city’s most anticipated cultural events of the year. Running from 16 to 31 October 2025, the celebration will illuminate Phahurat (Little India) and Khlong Ong Ang with dazzling lights, lively performances, and a warm, festive atmosphere open to everyone.
Festival Highlights
From 16–31 October, visitors can wander through vibrant streets lit up with stunning light installations, art walls, and creative street art. The heart of the celebration comes alive from 18–20 October at Little India, where Thai–Indian cultural performances, live music, artisanal crafts, and the irresistible aroma of Indian delicacies create a truly immersive experience.
Over at Khlong Ong Ang (16–20 October), the scenic canalside turns into a lively Diwali market filled with food stalls, handmade products, and picture-perfect corners that beautifully capture the festive spirit of the season.
