North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has issued a new decree on the 10th anniversary of his father and former dictator Kim Jong-il. In this, people have been banned from laughing, shopping and drinking alcohol. Kim has declared national mourning in the country for 11 days.
If someone dies during the 11 days of the ban, his family can’t even cry out loud. Only after the mourning period is over can the body be taken for the last rites. If someone’s birthday comes in these 11 days, then he will not be able to celebrate it.
The police have been asked to keep a close watch on the people. If anyone breaks the rules, he will be arrested immediately. People will not be able to gather during mourning from the first day of December. For this, a month-long special duty of the police has been imposed. During this, the police officers will not even be able to sleep.
All liquor shops in the country will remain closed for 10 days. During this, if many people use alcohol or other intoxicants even while staying in their house and their complaint is received by the police, then they will be put in jail for life.
