Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal asks PM Modi to reserve 7000 beds

Things are getting worse day by day with Corona in Delhi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding to reserve 7000 beds for Corona patients. In the letter, he has also asked to provide oxygen immediately.

Earlier on Sunday, Kejriwal told a press conference that in the last 24 hours, about 25 thousand cases of Corona have come in Delhi. It is a matter of concern that in the last 24 hours, the positivity rate has increased from 26% to around 30%.

He said that Corona’s beds are rapidly dying out. There is a shortage of ICU beds. There are less than 100 ICU beds left in the whole of Delhi. There is a lack of oxygen. We are constantly in touch with the central government and we are also getting help.

He said that we are requesting the Central Government that in such a critical situation at least 7,000 beds should be reserved for Corona and oxygen should be supplied immediately. The Delhi government will prepare more than 6,000 oxygen beds in the next 2-3 days.
