Organized by Indo Thai News in collaboration with the Indian Community Pattaya (ICP), this celebration left an indelible mark on the shores of Pattaya. From September 26 to 28, the vibrant festival brought together hundreds of Indian expatriates and Thai locals, creating a memorable spectacle.
