The revered Shankaracharya Ji, who has been on a pilgrimage to the 12 Jyotirlingas and 52 Shaktipeeths since November 19, 2021, has captivated the hearts of countless followers throughout his travels. Having traversed the sacred lands of India and extended his blessings to the devotees in Bangladesh, the spiritual luminary made his debut in the enchanting city of Bangkok on December 22, 2023.
Accompanied by a distinguished seven-member delegation of saints and scholars, the Most Revered Shankaracharya Ji’s visit was meticulously planned, encompassing various significant temples and locations throughout Thailand. Jimmy Mishra, the Central Publicity Head of Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh, provided details of the itinerary, highlighting the rare and precious opportunities for devotees to seek the divine presence of the revered saint.
The spiritual sojourn commenced on December 22, 2023, with a visit to the Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh Office in Thailand at 6 PM, setting the stage for the sacred encounters to follow. On December 23, at 11:00 AM, His Holiness graced the Nong Chok Temple with his divine presence, illuminating the surroundings with the spiritual energy he carries. Later that evening, at 7 PM, Geeta Ashram became the next destination, offering devotees another chance to connect with the spiritual essence embodied by Shankaracharya Ji.
Continuing the sacred journey, on December 24, at 10 AM, the spiritual luminary visited Devmandir, adding another chapter to the spiritual discourse he shared during his stay. The pinnacle of the visit unfolded at Hindu Dharma Sabha Vishnu Mandir at 11 PM, where the Shankaracharya bestowed his blessings upon volunteers, sevaks, and devotees, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those present.
