Potato Nuggets Recipe
- To make Aloo Nuggets, first you take 1 cup boiled potatoes. Peel them and mash them well.
- Now add cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp cornflour, cup bread crumbs, add 1 tbsp crushed red chilli, salt as per taste and mix everything well.
- Now cover this material in a vessel and keep it. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes divide this material into 4 parts.
- Now apply flour on a flat place and make a roll by rolling the potatoes with your hands.
- Now cut this roll into equal parts with a knife.
- For deep frying, heat oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the potato nuggets till they turn golden from all sides.
- After frying the potato nuggets, take them out on a tissue paper and serve hot potato nuggets with tomato ketchup and tea.
