Garlic Vegetable Soup which you can easily make at home. It is very beneficial for health as well as taste.

  • Ingredients needed for Garlic Vegetable Soup-
  • Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
  • Mix vegetables – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Onion – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • Quick Cooking Oats – 2 tbsp
  • Green Coriander – 2 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – half teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • How to make Garlic Vegetable Soup –
  • To make Garlic Vegetable Soup, first take a pan and put oil in it.
  • After this, add chopped garlic and onion and cook it on medium flame.
  • After 2 minutes, add mixed vegetables like carrots, beans, cauliflower etc. and mix it.
  • Keep in mind that keep the vegetables boiled beforehand.
  • After this keep it on medium flame and keep cooking it in between.
  • After cooking for 3 minutes, add coriander and oats to it. Finally add water to it.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes and now your Garlic Vegetable Soup is ready.
  • Serve it hot to children and elders.
