- Method
First take 5 black pepper, 2 teaspoons coriander, 2 people, dry shake in a pen. And then grind it. Now 2 lemon grass, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 piece of ginger, 4 green chilies, 4 lemon leaves, 1 cup coriander Put leaves, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, and grind them in a mixer. - Now put 2 spoons of oil in the pan, and the green masala which is ground, take a little shake.

- Now put another pan, add 2 spoons of oil and add capsicum, cheese, mushrooms, peas, baby cones, broccoli and saute it and mix it all. Add 1 teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon black pepper and add coconut milk. Add 1 pinch sugar.
And let it come to a boil. - Keep it in the seam for 2 minutes and then turn off the gas. Serve it with steam rice (rice).
