This is a very tasty fish recipe that you can prepare in a jiffy. You can serve it with steam rice at dinner party or lunch time. To make Thai Fish Curry Recipe, fish pieces are cooked with coconut milk, Thai green curry paste and aromatic spices. Adding lemon juice brings a tangy test to it. Its best combination with steamed rice.
Ingredients of Thai Fish Curry
- Fish (cubus)
- 1 tbsp thai green curry paste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp coconut doon
- 2 tbsp green coriander
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
- 3-4 basil leaves
- salt and pepper as per taste
How to make Thai Fish Curry
- Marinate the fish pieces by adding half the Thai green curry paste.
- Add salt, pepper, lemon and mix it and keep aside.
- Heat some oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining green curry paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- After this add coconut milk and pieces of fish. Lower the flame for 2 minutes. Add green coriander, lemon juice and palm sugar to it.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
