Prior to the West Bengal assembly elections, former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha joined Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress. He left the BJP about three years ago and distanced himself from party politics. Now he says that the country is going through a wonderful crisis, so he has decided to enter politics again. He reached TMC Bhawan in Kolkata and took the membership of the party by holding the Trinamool flag. On this occasion, Sinha said, ‘You must be getting curious about what is happening today. May be wondering why when I separated myself from party politics and then I joined the party and became active. Actually, the country is going through a wonderful situation at this time. Till now, the values we used to give a lot of importance, thinking that we would implement it in democracy, today they are not being followed. ‘
