Terms & Conditions – Ticket Booking

Welcome to Kavya Kumbh – A Poetic Evening with Dr. Kumar Vishwas in Bangkok, organized and presented by Indo Thai News Co., Ltd.
By booking tickets on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase
  • All tickets must be purchased through the official website of Indo Thai News Co., Ltd. or authorized partners.
  • A valid booking confirmation (e-ticket or QR code) will be sent to your registered email after successful payment.
2. Entry Policy
  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and government-approved photo ID.
  • One ticket is valid for one person only.
  • Organizers reserve the right to deny entry if the ticket is found invalid, duplicated, or misused.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
4. Seating & Access
  • Seating will be allocated as per ticket category.
  • Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
  • Re-entry may not be allowed once inside the venue.
5. Code of Conduct
  • Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Professional cameras, video recording devices, and live streaming are strictly prohibited.
  • Any unruly behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
  • The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage sustained at the venue.
  • Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety.
7. Privacy Policy
  • Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for ticketing and event communication purposes.
  • We do not share personal details with third parties except as required by law.
8. Organizer’s Rights
  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or lineup if necessary.
  • All decisions by the organizer regarding entry, seating, and conduct will be final and binding.
