A Strong Foundation (1991–1995)
Founded in Bangkok in 1991 as a U.S.–Thai joint venture, Robere & Associates began with a mission to elevate organizational capability across the region. The company focused on corporate training, consulting, quality management, human resource development, and productivity improvement.
The firm was officially registered on 16 December 1991 with a registered capital of 5,000,000 THB, quickly establishing itself as a specialist in preparing organizations for international standards, particularly ISO based management systems.
Regional Expansion and Industry Recognition (1995–2010)
Throughout the late 1990s and 2000s, Robere & Associates expanded its influence across Asia and the Middle East. Key milestones included:
• Becoming one of the first CQI IRCA Approved Training Partners in the Asia Pacific region.
• Forming strategic relationships with global professional bodies such as ASQ, ASTD, IRCA, and AIAG.
• Establishing Associate Offices in Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Turkey, UAE, Iran, and Pakistan, each delivering certified training and consulting services.
This period solidified the company’s reputation as a trusted provider of auditor training and ISO related consulting.
