On the plea of Parambir Singh, the court said – State any case in which CBI investigation has been done without registering an FIR.

The hearing of former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh was heard in the Bombay High Court on Wednesday. The High Court told Parambir Singh’s lawyer that an inquiry will not be ordered until an FIR is lodged. High Court Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta told Parambir’s lawyer that you should mention any case in which the case has been transferred for CBI investigation without registering an FIR.

Please tell that Parambir Singh has accused Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh of giving a target of recovery of Rs 100 crore. Parambir Singh had applied to the High Court to conduct a CBI inquiry into the matter.
Parambir has also challenged his transfer order.

He says that one should go to the conclusion only after examining the report of Officer Rashmi Shukla on transfer-posting. Parambir Singh has also demanded a CCTV footage of the home minister’s bungalow to be examined. Parambir claims that Sachin Waje has visited Deshmukh’s residence many times and there has been a long conversation between the two. In this case, its truth is also important.
