Veteran TV and Bollywood actor Anupam Shyam Ojha has passed away. He was admitted to Lifeline Hospital in Mumbai for the last several days. Many parts of his body had stopped working. He was suffering from several serious kidney ailments.
Anupam Shyam was admitted to the ICU ward of the hospital a week ago in a critical condition due to kidney problem where his condition was deteriorating continuously which became a matter of concern for the doctors. In March last year also, information about his kidney failure was revealed, for which he did not have money to get treatment.
Anupam Shyam was going through financial crisis. His family members had appealed for fan help including TV and Bollywood, after which many celebs helped him. In March this year, he started working again. He was working in the upcoming ‘Mann Ki Awaaz: Pratigya 2’ on Star Bharat. Pooja Gaur and Arhaan Behl are also in lead roles in this serial.
He got a lot of popularity from the first season of ‘Mann Ki Awaaz: Pratigya’. Its first season started in the year 2009. Anupam Shyam Ojha played the character of Sajjan Singh in the show. Before his character of Sajjan Singh, he played strong characters in many films and TV serials.
Anupam Shyam Ojha first stepped into the world of TV. In the year 1992, he played different characters in the show ‘Amravati Ki Kahaniyan’ which came on Doordarshan. After that he stepped into Bollywood. In the year 1996, the film ‘Dastak’ became his debut film.
