Aircraft companies issued travel advisory

Cyclone ‘Taukate’, which is riseing in the Arabian Sea,  In view of this, Vistara Airlines and IndiGo have issued travel advisories for their customers. Companies’ services have been disrupted in many cities. Vistara and Indigo have given information about travel advisory by tweeting.

 Vistara said in a tweet that, due to seasonal conditions in the Arabian Sea, the company’s flight services to Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Goa and Ahmedabad will be affected by 17 May 2021. For the convenience of customers, the company has asked for updates on flights on its website.

IndiGo Airlines tweeted that its services in Kannur were affected due to cyclone ‘Toukate’. The company has advised customers to check flight status. Along with this, the option of Plan-B has also been given. Under this, customers can change or even cancel their flight time or date if the flight is canceled or rescheduled by the company. Customers are also eligible for refunds at no additional cost.
