Amitabh Bachchan, who is called Bollywood, has always made his fans happy with his work, but this time Big B is bringing something different for his fans. Amitabh Bachchan will soon launch his Non Fungible Token Collection i.e. NFT. Big B will launch his NFT collection through BeyondLife.Club. The collection will also include his poems, autographed posters and excerpts from his voiced tavern lessons and other memoirs.
The NFT platform through which Amitabh is launching his collection is BeyondLife.Club, a partnership between Rhiti Entertainment and the no code NFT exchange platform GuardianLink.io. A-listed brands, athletes and celebrities from South-East Asia will join the NFT platform.
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are cryptographic tokens that represent something unique. A person having NFTs means that they have a unique or antique digital art work that no one else in the world has. NFTs are unique tokens that are a type of digital asset that generates value. These are unique art pieces and each token is unique in itself. If understood in simple language, in the world of any digital art work, NFT will be called a non-fungible token.
Giving information about this initiative, Amitabh himself wrote – I have joined Rhiti Entertainment of Singapore and soon the NFT platform will be launched. Amitabh is the first actor among Bollywood stars to join the NFT platform. However, even before this, Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan had invested about Rs 2 crore in Singapore-based company Meridian Tech in 2015. From this investment, he had received Rs 1.28 billion till 2017.
Amitabh Bachchan was recently seen in the film Chehre. He was so impressed with the script of his film ‘Chehre’ that he not only said yes to doing it for free, but also paid for his own production journey to Poland.
But ‘Chehre’ is not the first time that Amitabh Bachchan has not charged fees for working in a film. Years ago, he did Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Black for free, just because he wanted to work with the director. And Amitabh won the National Award for his performance as a tutor to a deaf and dumb girl played by Rani Mukerji.
