BCCI to Announce Team for T20 WC on 7th Sept

There is good news for cricket fans. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has set a deadline of 10 September for all countries to announce their squad for the 2021 T20 World Cup to be played in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman. Meanwhile, information has been received that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) can announce a 15-member Indian team for the T20 World Cup on September 7.

Team India will be announced for the 2021 T20 World Cup (2021 T20 World Cup) on September 7. From this it has become clear that on the basis of performance in IPL 2021, no player is going to get a place in T20 World Cup, rather the selectors and team management have already decided their players.

BCCI will choose 15 players in the Indian team for the T20 World Cup. Apart from this, three reserve players will also be selected. It is believed that Prithvi Shaw, Ishan Kishan and Rahul Chahar will go to UAE as reserve players. On the other hand, Suryakumar Yadav, mystery spinner Varun Chakraborty and middle order batsman Shreyas Iyer can get a chance in the T20 World Cup squad.

The Indian team will play its first match against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup. This match will be played on 24 October. After this, Team India will take on New Zealand on 31 October, Afghanistan on 3 November and the qualifying team (B-1) in Super 12 on 5 November.

Indian Team: Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli (Captain), Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant (Wk), Shreyas Iyer, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Varun Chakraborty and Mohammad Siraj.
