The outbreak of the Corona epidemic has caused outrage throughout the country at this time. Hospitals in many states, including Delhi, are struggling with lack of oxygen these days. In view of these conditions, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states today. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is also present in this meeting. When CM Kejriwal’s turn came, he made the first request to the PM to tell the states not to stop the trucks of oxygen. Kejriwal said that if you say sir, those people will not stop the supply of oxygen.
Kejriwal said that out of 480 tonnes, 380 tonnes of oxygen has reached Delhi so far. The situation in Delhi is very bad. Oxygen trucks from other states are preventing them from coming to Delhi. I request you that the oxygen trucks which are released should be taken out under the supervision of the army and the army should also be deployed in the plants.
He also questioned whether two crore people of Delhi will not get oxygen? Kejriwal said that there is a need to supply oxygen to hospitals in Delhi at the earliest. In such a situation, get the oxygen coming from Bengal and Odisha airlifted so that we can get large quantity of stock as soon as possible.
