After taking stock of the preparedness of the Navy, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh today left for a three-day visit to Leh-Ladakh. Giving information about this, Rajnath Singh tweeted. In the tour, Rajnath Singh will take stock of the preparations of the army on the LAC adjacent to China. In his visit, the Defense Minister will also inaugurate the newly constructed construction road and bridge in the areas of LAC adjacent to China by the Border Road Organization (BRO). This will not only facilitate the movement of residents living in the border areas but will also facilitate the movement of the army.
The Defense Minister will also review the operational preparedness of the Air Force there. Earlier on June 24-25, he reviewed the plans and projects of the Navy in Karwar and Kochi. At the same time, last week, during his tour of Assam-Arunachal Pradesh, he had inaugurated about a dozen roads and bridges connecting the LAC prepared by the BRO. According to the information, Rajnath Singh will visit the headquarters of the 14th Corps (Fire and Fury) of the Army during the Leh-Ladakh tour and will take information about the latest situation of the LAC from the local commanders. Along with this, they can also visit the forward location and meet the soldiers.
Tension continues with China on the LAC adjoining eastern Ladakh. In such a situation, the Air Force is also on full alert in Ladakh. The Defense Minister will also take stock of the preparations of the Air Force. Rajnath Singh’s visit to Leh-Ladakh is taking place at a time when the Line of Actual Control i.e. LAC (Line of Actual Control) adjoining eastern Ladakh is in conflict with China.
Disengagement of the first phase took place between the armies of both countries
