Delhi unlock To Begin Gradually From May 31

The process of unlocking will be started from May 31. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced this. In the first phase, construction site including production and manufacturing unit will be allowed to work.

Today the DDMA met under the chairmanship of the Lieutenant Governor, in which decisions were taken to open the lockdown. In the unlock, firstly the construction activity and factory are being opened for the next 1 week.

A manufacturing and production unit can be run in the closed campus in the approved industrial area.
Construction work will be allowed at the construction site on which workers are working inside the boundary
Work hours will be in different shifts so that there is not too much congestion at one time
Special teams will be formed under DM who will periodically inspect.
Workers will be allowed to move through public and private vehicles through e-pass.

In case of violation of the rules, the manufacturing unit or construction site can also be closed and action will also be taken under the DDMA Act. On the further unlock process, Arvind Kejriwal said that every week we will continue the process of opening the lockdown gradually based on the suggestions of the public and on the basis of the views of the experts.
