Discover The Blooming Krachiao Flower Fields Before August Ends

Experience the stunning beauty of Chaiyaphum’s Krachiao Flower Fields this rainy season. Located in Northeast Thailand, these picturesque fields burst into vibrant bloom, offering a breathtaking display of the Siam Tulip, locally known as Dok Krachiao.

During this period, visitors can witness the mesmerizing sight of these colorful flowers at Pa Hin Ngam National Park in Thep Sathit district and Sai Thong National Park in Nong Bua Rawe district. The flowers are typically a mix of delicate pink and white hues, with Pa Hin Ngam showcasing pink blooms and Sai Thong displaying both pink and white varieties.

The rainy season, or “green season,” brings out the lush beauty of the Northeastern region, and Chaiyaphum stands out as a prime destination for nature lovers. Besides the vibrant flower fields, Chaiyaphum is home to other natural attractions, including Phu Laen Kha National Park, Tat Ton National Park, and the Phu Khieo Wildlife Sanctuary. Additionally, the “sea of mist” surrounding cliffs in the national parks, such as Pha Hum Hot in Sai Thong, Pha Sut Phaen Din in Pa Hin Ngam, and Pha Hua Nak in Phu Laen Kha, offers an ethereal experience for visitors.

To visit the parks, tourists are required to purchase entrance tickets via the QueQ application before arriving. The parks are open daily from 06:00 to 18:00. For more information, contact the TAT Nakhon Ratchasima Office at +66 (0) 4421 3030 or +66 (0) 4421 3666, or email tatsima@tat.or.th.

Please note that some attractions in Thailand’s national parks may close during extreme weather conditions for safety and ecological recovery. It’s advisable to check the specific park regulations before planning your visit.
