Election Commission has clamped down on the election campaign during the assembly elections in West Bengal. The Election Commission has said that candidates will not be able to campaign between 7 pm and 10 am. This has to be finished 72 hours before voting, the first candidates could campaign up to 48 hours before. Voting is going on in Bengal in 8 phases. Out of this, 4 phases have been voted. Votes for Tom Charan will go on Saturday. The candidates and political parties have to follow the rules of bifurcation strictly as the Election Commission has directed. It has to be decided unconditionally. If they are violated, strict action will be taken. Under this, criminal action will also be taken.
