FIR Files Against Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty for ‘Fraud’

Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra’s troubles are increasing after the Pornography case. Delhi’s Rohini court has sought response from Delhi Police on a plea seeking registration of a case against actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra under sections of cheating. It has been said in the petition that the petitioner was told that the company of Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was developing applications related to gaming and animation.

After which the petitioner invested about 42 lakh rupees in that company. But later it was found that this application is about adult film. In the petition filed by businessman Vishal Goyal in the court, it has been alleged that the accused got him to invest lakhs of rupees in a Mumbai-based company in 2018 and cheated him.

Despite investing lakhs of rupees, he did not get any return and the share price of the company kept falling. It has been said in the complaint that these accused intentionally got the complainant to invest Rs 41,33,782 and used this amount for illegal purposes besides personal gains.

In the petition, the complainant said that Raj Kundra and others had persuaded him to invest in his company by showing a beautiful dream. The petition said that the accused had claimed that their company was involved in activities related to gaming, animation, beauty products etc.

According to the complainant, he recently got information that this company of Raj Kundra was involved in the business of making porn movies and circulating them through mobile applications. The court has asked the police to file a status report in this matter, the next hearing of the case will be on November 9.

This is not the first time that someone has filed a cheating case against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty. A Gujarat-based businessman had also filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police after the case of making and selling pornographic content related to Raj Kundra, in which the complainant claimed that Raj Kundra’s company gave him an online cricket skill-best game. To make a distributor, around Rs 3 lakh was duped. Apart from this, Shilpa Shetty and her mother Sunanda were accused of duping crores. An FIR was also registered against both of them in a Lucknow police station. At present, the police is engaged in the investigation of this matter.
