On March 11, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Holi––the Festival of Colours event was joyfully celebrated at the intersection of Central Pattaya and Beach Road. The event aimed to foster friendly relations between India and Thailand in a delightful way. Thousands of locals and visitors enthusiastically took part, adding to the liveliness and charm of the city.
The Thai Indian Pattaya Business Association (TIPBA), The Indian Community Pattaya Association (ICP), the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Pattaya City organised the event together, which was the first grand celebration held in a public place in Pattaya. The organisers expressed special gratitude towards Pattaya Mayor for his support.

The festival showcased the rich cultural traditions of India, with colourful decorations, delicious Indian cuisine, and live music and dance performances.
