Home Remedies for Constipation

Due to today’s busy lifestyle, eating and drinking is not done in time, due to which we start having many health problems, one of them is Indigestion or constipation. Which has started happening to everyone nowadays and when we increase the problem of constipation then it can cause acidity, bloating and bloating. In such a situation, it becomes very important to get rid of it as soon as possible. Cumin and Ajwain water

Cumin is available in every home, cumin is considered very good for the stomach. It helps to overcome many stomach problems. Along with this, celery is also very effective in removing constipation. If you have the problem of constipation, then wake up in the morning and drink water of cumin and carom seeds on an empty stomach. Along with constipation, it also removes other stomach diseases like acidity, bloating.

Method
To make this water, take one teaspoon each of cumin and carom seeds and boil them by mixing them in two glasses of water. When it becomes a glass, filter it and leave it till it becomes lukewarm. Afterwards drink it on an empty stomach.

Tamarind
Many people like the sour sweet taste of tamarind. But, do you know that it can also remove problems like indigestion, constipation. Let us tell you that a huge amount of antioxidants are found in tamarind, due to which it is effective in removing stomach problems. Make tamarind and jaggery chutney and use it with food if you want. In a few days the difference will be visible.

Ajwain and Triphala
Ajwain and Triphala remove the problem of constipation. Grind it by mixing celery, triphala and rock salt and eat this powder on an empty stomach early in the morning. Within a few days you will get rid of all stomach related problems.

Banana
Banana is usually eaten by everyone and banana is an easily available fruit in every season, but do you know if you have stomach related problems? You can consume it regularly. This fruit is digested very quickly, due to which it is considered good for the stomach. While eating banana, keep in mind that you should eat it only between two meal times. Keep in mind that the banana should be properly ripe as unripe banana can further aggravate constipation.
