Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh breathed his last in Lucknow on Saturday. He was a popular leader of the ruling Bhartiya Janta Party and has been instrumental in establishing BJP in Uttar Pradesh with a stronghold.
Pawan Mishra, Director of Indo Thai News recalls his memory of meeting him at the Raj Bhawan of Rajasthan.
