Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists. Yoga is about integrating body, mind and spirit, which has been practiced since ancient times for holistic well being. International Yoga Day is celebrated to spread awareness about traditional yoga practices and to emphasize their impact in promoting a holistic lifestyle.
In this episode, Yogashala was organized with Indo Thai News in Pattaya, Ratchaburi, Bangkok on 18th, 19th and 20th June in the presence of Sanjeev Chaturvedi, Master of Divya Yoga in Thailand. There was great enthusiasm among the people on the occasion of International Yoga Day. People participated in Yogashala following social distancing. Along with this, yoga instructors also told the importance of yoga. People practiced yogasanas and pranayama keeping in mind the physical distance. During this, meditation was also taught along with yoga.
At the end of the program, the yoga instructors were also honored with a citation.
