Kapil Mishra, who left the Aam Aadmi Party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party, has on Wednesday filed a complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for filing an FIR. Kapil Mishra has accused him of criminal neglect. He has said in his complaint that due to the criminal negligence of the Chief Minister, hundreds of people died in Delhi.
Kapil Mishra has made this complaint to the Police Commissioner of Delhi. He has urged the commissioner to investigate on three subjects, deaths due to negligence, corruption in a dvertisements, compensation to the victims. Describing himself as the founder of the Hindu ecosystem in the complaint, Kapil Mishra has said that due to the negligence of the CM of Delhi, hundreds of lives were lost in hospitals across the city. He has also accused Kejriwal that hospitals like Jaipur Golden, which were in dire need of oxygen, were diverted by not giving them oxygen, which is criminal negligence.
Kapil Mishra has also said in his complaint that statements made in the High Court by Inox and Jaipur Golden Hospital, Batra Hospital and Gangaram etc. it is clear that the supply of oxygen was interrupted due to wrong orders and criminal negligence of Delhi government.
