‘Koo’ Launches In Nigeria After Twitter Gets Indefinitely Suspended

Nigeria has banned Twitter indefinitely, so Indian social media company Koo has started taking advantage of the opportunity. India’s social networking platform Koo is now also available in Nigeria. The company’s co-founder and CEO Apmeya Radhakrishna has given information about this by tweeting. And is also considering serving in the local language there. The Bengaluru-based company’s microblogging site is being seen as an alternative to Twitter in India as well.

In fact, Twitter had deleted a tweet by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, citing violation of its rules. After which the government here has banned the use of Twitter indefinitely.
