There is great news for the youth of Haryana. Now, the youth of the state will get 75% reservation in private sector jobs here. It was approved by Governor Satyadev Narayan Arya on Tuesday, 4 months after the bill was passed in the Legislative Assembly. Now it has become law and in the next recruitment, the youth of the state will get the benefit. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar gave this information on Tuesday. Khattar said that the state assembly passed the bill in November last year. The bill was then sent to the governor for approval. Now, after getting the approval of the governor, youth in every company, society, trust in the state will get the benefit of 3 / 4th reservation in jobs. According to the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidate Bill 2020, this reservation will be applicable only in jobs with salary less than Rs 50,000 in the private sector. In the district where the company is set up, only 10% of the youth of that district will get reservation in jobs. The remaining 65% reservation will be given to the youth of other districts of the state. Initially this reservation will be applicable for 10 years. Accordingly, private companies, societies, trusts and partnership firms will come under its purview. If the locally trained candidates are not available, the local youth will be trained and made fit for the job.
