Maharashtra: ‘Both Doses’ or ‘Negative Report’ Required of Vaccine

The state government has taken a big decision to take entry in Maharashtra, which is most affected by the second wave of Corona. According to the guideline, people will have to follow one of two conditions for entry in Maharashtra. The first condition is that those who want to go to the state will have to carry certificates of both doses of the corona vaccine. It is necessary to have 14 days even after the second vaccine dose.

The second condition is that the corona negative RT PCR report will have to be kept within 72 hours. In case neither of the two conditions is met, it will be quarantined for 14 days.

Earlier on August 11, the state government had issued a guideline. In this, from August 15, malls, restaurants were allowed to remain open till 10 pm with 50 percent capacity. However, with this there will also be a condition that all employees should be fully vaccinated. The customer will also have to show the vaccination certificate.

Apart from this, shops were also allowed to remain open till 10 pm. It was said in the guideline that spas and gyms will also be allowed to operate with 50 percent capacity till 10 pm on the condition that all the employees of these establishments have taken both the doses of both the vaccines.

200 people will be allowed to attend weddings in open spaces. Whereas 100 or 50 percent of the capacity of the venue will be allowed to participate in the programs to be held in closed halls.

In Maharashtra, 6,686 patients have been infected with the corona virus in the last 24 hours and 158 patients have died. After this, the total number of corona infected has gone up to 63,82,076. So far 1,34,730 patients have lost their lives in the state. Health department officials said that on Thursday, 6,388 new cases were reported in the state and 208 infected people died.
