Maharashtra Government Stops Vaccination Due To Lack Of Vaccines

New instructions have been issued in Maharashtra regarding corona vaccination. In fact, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has said that the ongoing corona vaccination campaign for people between 18 and 44 years of age in the state has been stopped due to insufficient supply of vaccines.

The Chief Minister said this in a meeting organized through video conferencing. He held this meeting with the team of pediatricians and the Covid Task Force. Thackeray added, “I hope that the vaccine’s production capacity will increase in June, then we can carry out a 24-hour vaccination campaign in the state.”

At the meeting, Thackeray commended the people of Maharashtra including doctors, police, various party workers and NGOs for cooperating in the fight against Corona. He said, “I am only the captain and the captain cannot do anything alone.” The credit goes to the entire team and I am proud that I have a strong team.
