The Ministry of AYUSH has launched a new campaign to save people from Corona. Ministry of AYUSH has started dedicated community support helpline across the country. Through this helpline, Covid will tell about AYUSH based solutions to solve 19 challenges. The Ministry has also issued a toll-free number 14443. This helpline will be open from six in the morning to midnight on all seven days of the week to help the people.
The ministry said that experts of various methods of Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani and Siddha – will solve the problems of common people. These experts will not only inform patients about the counseling and medicine available, but will also give information about the nearest Ayush Hospital.
According to the ministry, experts will provide information on rehabilitation and management after recovering from Covid-19. Currently, this facility will be available in Hindi and English. Other languages will be added later.
The helpline will initially take 100 calls simultaneously and the capacity will be increased as per the requirement in future. Through the helpline, the Ministry of AYUSH is trying to limit the spread of Covid-19 across the country.
