Munawwar Rana’s Son Arrested for Staging Attack

Munavwar Rana’s son Tabrez Rana has been arrested by the police . Tabrez is alleged to have fired on himself to implicate his uncle. Tabrez Rana was seen with the shooter in the CCTV footage. Earlier, the police had told that Tabrez had hatched a conspiracy to implicate his uncle by shooting himself. Tabrez wanted to implicate his uncle in a property dispute.

It is noteworthy that on June 28, miscreants opened fire on Tabrez in Rae Bareli. However, Tabrez narrowly escaped in the firing. This attack happened when Tabrez was going to fill petrol in his car. Two rounds were fired on Tabrez. Tabrez Rana was then in Rae Bareli at his native residence. After the attack, Munawwar had said that his own family members had enmity regarding the land dispute and those same people would have got the attack done.

In this case, Rae Bareli police had told that on the basis of interrogation and investigation of CCTV footage, this conspiracy was detected. Last month, SP Shlok Kumar had said that Tabrez along with his accomplices Haleem and Sultan hatched a conspiracy. Tabrez had hatched this conspiracy to implicate his uncle in a property dispute. The SP said that Haleem had sent two shooters named Satendra and Shubham for firing. He told that Haleem, Sultan, Satendra and Shubham have been arrested. The bike and pistol used in the incident have been recovered from them. Tabrez is still wanted and efforts are on to arrest him.

On this matter, Munavwar’s family said that the police was harassing them unnecessarily. After the search conducted by the policemen on this matter, Munawwar Rana had said that it seemed that it was Kashmir and terrorists live here. He had said that the policemen also misbehaved with him. The policemen went straight to the bedroom. There were also women of the house in the bedroom. Rana said that the police should have spoken to me. My son is not a criminal. I am not the father of any criminal.
