During this, the terrorists who came with weapons were shot by the army. These people were in seven vehicles and did not stop even after being stopped by the army. Myanmar’s military could not be reached for comment. Photos shared by human rights groups and local media showed charred remains of bodies on charred trucks. We were surprised to find that all the bodies were of different sizes, including those of children, women and old people, the group’s commander said.
A villager, who did not wish to be named for security reasons, said that he had received information about the fire on Friday night. Meanwhile, they could not go towards the spot due to firing. When the villager went there on Saturday morning, he saw burnt bodies of children and women, whose clothes were lying scattered nearby.
