Rajnath Singh meets US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin, signed several agreements

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh met US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin, who visited India on Friday. Vigyan Bhavan meetings were also held between the delegations of the two countries. The two leaders then issued a joint statement. At first, Rajnath said that I am happy to say that we had a broad and fruitful conversation with Austin and his delegation. He said that there was a discussion between us to increase defense cooperation, military-to-military engagement, information sharing, cooperation in emerging areas of defense and logistic support. During this time the two countries also signed several agreements.
