SC Asks State Boards To Declare Results By July 31

Boards of many states of the country including CBSE have canceled their 10th and 12th examinations. Along with this, many states have also declared the formula for preparing the results of board examinations. Now the students of class 12th are eagerly waiting for their result to be declared. At the same time, during the hearing in the Supreme Court today regarding the board examinations, the Supreme Court ordered all the state boards to declare the results before July 31.

The Supreme Court today said that the state boards need to prepare an internal assessment plan for class 12 examinations and declare the results based on the evaluation by July 31. Along with this, the top court said that the internal assessment should be prepared within 10 days.

Significantly, earlier this month, the Supreme Court had given two weeks to the CBSE and CISCE boards to prepare alternative evaluation criteria for evaluation of students. Both the boards had last week informed the Supreme Court about the evaluation criteria, which was approved by the apex court and termed “fair and fair”. It is worth noting that so far 21 states have canceled the board exam and 6 states have conducted the class 12 board exam. At the same time, the Supreme Court had earlier issued notices to those states which had not yet canceled their board exams.

At the same time, the state of Bihar had released the result of 12th board examinations on 26 March 2021 itself. Recently the result of 12th scrutiny was declared. The 12th scrutiny exam was conducted in February 2021. Students who were dissatisfied with their BSEB 12th Result had applied for the scrutiny exam on the official site.
