Supreme Court refuses to hear the application of Police Commissioner Parambir Singh

The Supreme Court refused to hear the application of former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh. The Supreme Court said on Wednesday that the allegations you have made are serious, but there is no doubt, but why did you not go to the High Court? You should have gone to the High Court earlier. Supreme Court also asked Parambir’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi why did you not make the department concerned a party in this matter? Now Parambir Singh will put a petition in the Bombay High Court. His lawyer will file the application today. On the other hand, Maharashtra government will also get a judicial inquiry into Parambir Singh’s allegations. In an application filed in the Supreme Court, Parambir Singh had demanded a CBI probe accusing Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh of giving a target of recovery of Rs 100 crore to the police. Parambir also challenged his transfer to the Home Guard Department. He alleged that this order of the state government is illegal
