Do Exercise in the Morning
Exercising early in the morning can be the most beneficial thing in the winter season. Exercising for about 10 to 20 minutes every morning in the morning can remove many problems. Use Hot Oil

Meal
During the winter season, more attention is also needed on food and drink to keep health healthy. Hot food should be consumed more in the season of centuries as compared to other seasons. Apart from this, along with gooseberry in the food, protein-rich food should be used for eating at regular time. Apart from this, honey is also considered best for winters. Avoid including cold things like ice cream etc. in the food.
