Every year December 5, the birthday of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, is one of the most important days for the Thai people. The Embassy of Thailand celebrated its national day, the birth anniversary of His Highness the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, The Great and Father’s Day and World Soil Day in Thailand. The Royal Thai Embassy in Doha organized a ceremony to pay tribute to the late King Adulyadej.
Thailand’s Ambassador to Qatar H E Nathapol Khantahiran said in a statement: “December 5 has always been a very important day for Thailand. It is the day the Thai people celebrate the birth anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, whose 70 The year was ruled in 2016. Despite the demise of the late king, this day remains our National Day in his long honour.
On 3 December 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi hosted a reception to celebrate the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thailand’s Father’s Day, 5 December 2021. Shri Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs & Education, was the Chief Guest of the event.
The Royal Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires hosted a reception on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, the birth anniversary of His Highness the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, and Thailand’s Father’s Day. Ambassadors in Buenos Aires, representatives of embassies and international organizations, trade representatives and the Thai community in Argentina attended the event, among about 120 honored guests.
Delivered a speech in Spanish celebrating the long-standing cordial relations between Thailand and Argentina. On behalf of the Argentine side, Ambassador Claudio Javier Rosenwag, Under Secretary of Foreign Policy on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the event and delivered a speech highlighting the strengthening of ties and cooperation between the two countries. On the occasion, Mr. Yuvari presented him a pin of Thai-Argentine flags, a symbol of the relationship between the two countries.
