Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha had recently hailed the coronavirus disease vaccination rollout of Thailand administering 80 million doses of the coronavirus disease 2019 vaccines within the country, as it also ranked 18th globally and 3rd within Southeast Asia in terms of the Covid-19 vaccination coverage.
