Thailand to converse with Myanmar about its move to prohibit Thai drink exports

The Ministry of Commerce is scheduled to conduct a meeting with its neighboring country Myanmar, following Naypyitaw’s plans to forbid Thai drink exports through land transfers worth 10 billion baht starting May 1, 2021.
Relatively, the decision made by Naypyitaw City is suspected to be due to the chaos happening inside Myanmar.
