TMC to Enter National Politics on July 21

After winning a big victory in West Bengal, now Mamata Banerjee’s party Trinamool Congress is going to enter national politics. Senior TMC leader Madan Mitra claimed that in the year 2024, there will be a Mamta government in Delhi. On July 21, the party will announce its entry into national politics through a virtual program.

Madan Mitra said, “TMC is going to enter national politics through a virtual program on July 21. Big screens will be installed in Tripura, Assam, Odisha, Bihar, Punjab, UP and Delhi during the program on behalf of the party. In 2024, there will be a Mamata government in Delhi.”

At the same time, Madan Mitra said that Uttar Pradesh will prove to be important in the general elections of 2024. However, he also claimed that BJP is going to lose the 2022 assembly elections.

Keeping in mind the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Trinamool Congress is planning to reach out to people across the country by telecasting party chief Mamata Banerjee’s speech in different languages ​​in different states through its biggest annual program on Martyrs’ Day on July 21 .

A senior TMC leader said Banerjee’s speech would be broadcast on big screens in West Bengal and for the first time in other states like Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Punjab, Tripura, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.

He said that in West Bengal the speech would be broadcast in Bengali while in different states the translated speech in local languages ​​would be broadcast.

The TMC leader said the TMC plans to telecast Banerjee’s speech on the big screen in several districts even in Gujarat, the stronghold of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and has asked Gujarati people to inform people about the event. has started distributing the booklet. Assembly elections are to be held in Gujarat in 2022.

The Chief Minister’s nephew and Diamond Harbor MP Abhishek Banerjee had called for expanding the reach of TMC to other states as well. Mukul Roy, who returned from BJP to TMC, has been entrusted with the task of increasing the party’s presence across the country.

Posters have been put up in Chennai describing Banerjee as ‘Amma’ like AIADMK leader Jayalalithaa. TMC is trying to make its inroads in the southern states as well. Banerjee, who has experience in national politics, said she would visit New Delhi after the July 21 event, where she would meet old and new friends. She is also expected to meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi and other top opposition leaders.
