During this, the Covid protocol is also being blown away in many places, due to which the risk of corona has increased once again.
After the lack of cases in the second wave of Corona, many states had started easing their travel restrictions so that their economic system could be restored once again. However, after the relaxation of restrictions, there is a huge crowd of people at many tourist places. Now due to this, the state governments have once again made changes in the rules for visiting many of their tourist places. Goa
The Bombay High Court, in its order on 12 July, had said that such local citizens who have applied both doses of the corona vaccine will not have to see a negative report of corona to come to Goa. However, this order is not applicable for tourists. Even if the tourists coming here have got both the doses, it will be mandatory for them to bring negative report of corona with them.
However, neither the state nor the court has clarified how they will differentiate between local citizens and tourists.
Nandi Hills, Bangalore
The Karnataka government has banned the arrival of tourists after finding a weekend in the famous tourist destination Nandi Hills. On July 11, more than 8,000 tourists had arrived in Nandi Hills, located 60 km from Bangalore, after which the administration has decided to impose this ban here. The Chikkaballapur district administration of the state, in its order on July 12, had said that there will be a ban on the arrival of tourists in Nandi Hills from 6 pm on Friday to 6 am on Monday.
Ladakh
If you are thinking of going to Ladakh, then it is mandatory to have a corona negative report within 96 hours. Otherwise, you will have to compulsorily test the corona here.
Sikkim
In Sikkim, the government lifted the ban on the arrival of tourists on 5 July. Along with this, it was also ordered that those who have got both the doses of the vaccine can come to the state. Let us tell you that during the second wave of Corona, there was a ban on the arrival of tourists from March.
Uttarakhand
After the lifting of the lockdown, the Uttarakhand government had given relaxation in the RT-PCR report for tourists visiting the state, but now it has been made necessary again to control the crowd. According to the new guideline, if a person has to enter Uttarakhand, then it is mandatory to have a corona negative report within 72 hours, booking details of hotel or guest house and registration on the smart city portal.
Meghalaya
Tourists coming here are also required to register before arrival. Corona negative report is mandatory at all entry points of the state. However, those who have got both doses of the vaccine are exempted from it.
Puducherry
It is mandatory for tourists visiting Puducherry to bring a corona negative report within 72 hours. If you are coming here by road, then it is mandatory for you to have an e-pass.
